All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days (except holidays). For orders inside The Netherlands, a delivery time of 1-3 working days applies. For orders outside the Netherlands (inside the EU) a delivery time of 3-5 working days applies and orders outside the EU a delivery time of 10-15 working days applies. With every shipment you will receive a track and trace number. With this number you can “track” the status of your order online. If your order is not received within the specified time, please contact us. This can be done by mail via firstname.lastname@example.org

All customs duties or import duties that apply in the country of delivery are at the expense of the recipient. We are sorry, but we have no control over these costs and can not predict the amount
Return & Exchange:

All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags still attached within 14 days. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know once we’ve received your returned item with the details of any refunds and exchanged items. If an exchange is available, we’ll send you another email once your new item is on its way.
When will the purchase amount be returned?
After termination of the agreement, the purchase price (no return costs) will be deposited on your account within 14 days at the latest. The Entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the Entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to pay back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
Items purchased during SALE will not be refunded.
